A banker is an officer or owner of a bank or group of banks.

Responsibilities for a banker include: 
  1. Managing, recruiting, and coaching teams of people;
  2. Dealing with customer complaints that can't be solved by the front line staff; 
  3. Implementing the new products, services and processes devised by head office.
An average banker salary is $39,390 annually.

These are the steps of becoming a banker:
  1. Step 1: Earn a High School Diploma. 
  2. Step 2: Obtain a Bachelor's Degree. 
  3. Step 3: Participate in an Internship.
  4. Step 4: Consider Obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) 
  5. Step 5: Complete an Investment Banking Program. 
  6. Step 6: Get Licensed. 
  7. Step 7: Consider Certification
